Jug of Resistance Auction
Thank you so much to everyone who bid for the Jug of Resistance on my Instagram auction from 13th to 15th June. The winning bid was £90.-, which was paid and transferred to Children Not Numbers on 29th July.
I am so happy I was able to raise some money for them, as they are a brilliant charity, doing so, so much vital work on the ground, providing Maternity clinics, medical evacuations, warm clothes in winter, food, milk and nappies to new mothers (before the starvation), orphan program as well as a school, providing education and some much needed normality for the children. All the staff in Gaza are paid a salary, the medical professionals from all around the world who are looking at and assessing cases for medical evacuations are doing this on a voluntary basis. I wish there was no need for this organisation to exist, but I am so grateful to Sarah and Somaya for setting up this incredible charity and I am proud to see that they have rapidly become a much needed and valued support in Gaza.

There are many Palestinian journalists on Instagram that have been documenting their own genocide for the past 21 months. People have been marching every Saturday in London and many cities around the UK. If neither marching nor speaking up is for you, for whatever reason, there is something very easy and extremely effective you can do: boycott brands that are connected with the genocide.
